However, Availify Shop remains responsible for assisting customers, tracking orders, providing updates, and ensuring that you receive a safe, secure, and professional shopping experience.

We do not pass responsibility away—we work with you throughout the entire process.

This means:

  • Suppliers handle packaging, shipping methods, and delivery timelines

  • Suppliers set their own shipping rules and regulations

  • Availify Shop manages and monitors the entire order on behalf of the customer

We ensure your order is submitted correctly and we follow every shipment until it is delivered.


2. Our Responsibility

At Availify Shop, we are responsible for:

  • Tracking your order

  • Providing updated shipment information

  • Monitoring delays or unusual activity

  • Helping you communicate with suppliers

  • Ensuring accuracy of order submissions

  • Providing customer support for any shipping questions

  • Assisting with supplier investigations when needed

We are here to help you through the whole process.


3. Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for:

  • Packaging the product

  • Handling and processing the order

  • Choosing the shipping carrier

  • Setting delivery timelines

  • Managing international logistics

  • Handling customs requirements

  • Updating shipping scans through the carrier

Suppliers also determine the official policy for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.


4. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times are based on supplier information and may vary by country, warehouse, or shipping method:

  • CJdropshipping: 7–20 business days

  • AliExpress Suppliers: 10–30 business days

  • Walmart Marketplace Suppliers: 5–15 business days

  • Other Global Suppliers: Varies depending on region

These timelines are supplier estimates, not guarantees from Availify Shop.
We will always keep customers updated.


5. Order Processing

Once you place an order:

  1. We process and submit it to the supplier within 1–2 business days

  2. Supplier processes the order

  3. Supplier ships the order

  4. We send you the tracking information

  5. We monitor and support until delivery

Processing times depend on product availability and supplier workload.


6. Tracking Your Order

You will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your order

  • Shipping updates (country, transit stage, current location, estimated delivery time)

Availify Shop monitors tracking and provides updates whenever needed.


7. Shipping Delays or Issues

Shipping delays can happen due to:

  • Customs checks

  • Global logistics traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal overload

  • Carrier delays

  • Warehouse workloads

Although suppliers and carriers control delivery, Availify Shop assists you throughout the entire process.

If a package is delayed, missing, or not updated:

  • We contact the supplier

  • We request status checks

  • We help open investigations when applicable

  • We update the customer immediately


8. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect:

  • Carriers may return or fail to deliver the package

  • Re-delivery or correction fees may apply

  • Suppliers usually do not refund orders sent to wrong addresses

We will help where possible, but we cannot override supplier conditions.


9. International Shipping & Customs

Some suppliers ship globally.
Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

  • Customs charges

These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency, not Availify Shop or the supplier.


10. Damaged or Defective Packages

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours

  3. We will submit a claim to the supplier

  4. Supplier policies will determine refund or replacement options
